DTF (Direct to Film)

A DTF (Direct-to-Film) printer prints full-color designs onto a special PET film using textile inks and an adhesive powder. Once the design is printed, the powder is applied to the wet ink and then cured using heat. The printed film is then placed onto the fabric—whether light or dark—and heat-pressed to transfer the design. This process creates vibrant, durable prints with excellent stretch and wash resistance. Unlike other methods, DTF printing doesn’t require pre-treating the fabric, making it efficient and versatile for customizing a wide range of clothing and accessories.
